DAY - 5 OPPORTUNITY FOR GENERATTION AND JOB ENRICHMENT CONCEPT , SPROUT TECHNOLOGY , ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE

*Mr. G. Manoj, Founder and Managing Direction of Venster, School of Excellence India Pvt. Ltd.This session gives information about opportunity for future generation and job enrichment concepts, both are two essential concepts that contribute to organizational growth and employee satisfaction. Creating opportunities involves identifying avenues for employees to develop new skills. Job enrichment enhancing the content and responsibilities of a job role and engaging strategies include job crafting and task verities. It helps to create the journey towards the successful future for students. It enhanced the idea of employability, improved skill sets and increased confidence among students. This session gives a diversion about new opportunities, mentorship and industry knowledge.   

* Day 5 of Induction programme was carried out by  Mrs. C.P.Thamilselvi, HOD- CSE, PPG IT. The speaker gives many information about the ability of a computer to do tasks and the stimulation of human intelligence by machines. She also added an important note that AI can be used in a variety of ways to provide adaptive assessments, support teachers in giving individualized feedback and deliver personalized learning experiences. This session gives students an interest and new information of AI in education field.

* The next session was continued by Ms. Hema, SPROUT TECHNOLOGY at 11.00 AM. The speaker gives information about the new trends emerges within this business, making it crucial for professionals to be knowledgeable about these various trends and everything they include. The session helps the students to improve resource allocation, reduced infrastructure costs and increased collaboration among students leading to enhanced productivity and creativity.

*The final session was continued by Mrs.K.Yasotha, HOD-CS (AI&DA), PPGCAS at 12.00PM. The speaker spoke about the utilization of SWAYAM is an initiative by the government of India to provide free online courses and resources for learners across various domains, science and technologies. The session explores the uses and outcomes of SWAYAM/NPTEL in the education sector it helps to increased the quality of education, bridging educational gaps and promoting lifelong learning. This session provokes students to undergo a course in SWAYAM/ NPTEL.
