Helmet Safety Awareness Program

The NSS team and Uyir Club of PPG College of Arts and Science, under the convenorship of  Dr. V. Haridas, organized a "Helmet Safety Awareness" program on September 20, 2024, at the Saravanampatti Check Post, Coimbatore. The campaign aimed to educate the public about the crucial importance of wearing helmets while riding, focusing on reducing road accidents and saving lives by preventing head injuries. With strong student participation, the program emphasized fostering a culture of responsible riding and promoting helmet usage to create a safer environment for all road users. These efforts contributed to building a more safety-conscious community.
