The Department of Commerce with Kotler Club organized a Guest Lecturer entitled “Essentials of Company Director” for B.Com students on 21.03.2023 at 11.00 A.M through offline. Dr.M.Ganesan, Assistant Professor,PG Department of Commerce,Manonmaniam Sundaranar University College, Govindperi. The Resource Person said about The Companies Act, 2013 prescribes the minimum qualification which an individual must possess before becoming a director. He also said about the hints to become the director.
