A way to success through team work

The IQAC organized a FDP titled “A way to success through team work” for Faculty on 19.02.2021 at 2.00 P.m in Lab-I. The Resource person was Mr.S.Gokulnathan,Assistant professor, Department of Commerce (CA,PA,IT), PPG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. He thought about how to achieve a goal through team. He also said how to communicate and identify the role through the team work, how to build a trust in team, how to create a learning through team. He conducted various games how to lead a success through the team work.
