Book Review - 2025 The Art of Being Alone , Life’s Amazing Secrets

On 28th July 2025, the Department of English, in association with the Readers Club, organized a Book Review session at 11:30 AM in the classroom, aiming to promote reading habits and critical thinking among students. Two students from II B.Com participated as reviewers: K. Boomika reviewed "The Art of Being Alone" by Renuka Gavrani, exploring the strength and self-awareness found in solitude, while M. Kavipriya shared her reflections on "Life’s Amazing Secrets" by Gaur Gopal Das, emphasizing life balance, relationships, and inner peace. The session was engaging and insightful, offering a platform for students to express their interpretations and improve their communication skills. Faculty and peers appreciated the confidence and clarity of the presenters, and the overall response was positive, encouraging the department to plan similar events regularly in the future.
