Drug Awareness Program -2023

NSS team of PPG CAS organize “Drug Awareness Program” on 18-08-2023. Mrs.V.Sindhu, Trustee, Sangamirthira Environmental Education Trust, Coimbatore and K.Murali Krishnan MSW., Social Worker, District Tobacco Control Cell, Department of Public Health, Coimbatore acted as resource person. Resource persons with expertise in the field of drug abuse prevention, psychology, healthcare, and law enforcement delivered presentations on various aspects of drug abuse, including its causes, effects and prevention strategies. Participants engaged in discussions about the role of peer pressure, family support, and community involvement in preventing drug abuse.
