Karaoke Friday Event 2026

The Department of English – Readers Club of PPG College of Arts and Science organized the programme titled “Karaoke Friday” on 13 February 2026 at 3.00 p.m. in the classroom.

The event was conducted under the guidance of Mrs. D. Deepikadevi, Head of the Department. Ms. V. Menakadevi, Assistant Professor, served as the Coordinator of the programme. The event was held under the patronage of Dr. N. Muthumani, Principal.

The primary objective of the programme was to enhance students’ pronunciation, fluency, listening skills, and stage confidence through musical activities. Students participated enthusiastically by rendering English songs individually and in groups. The programme provided an opportunity for students to exhibit their talents and develop their communication skills in an academic setting.

The event concluded successfully with appreciation extended to all the participants and organizers. The programme fulfilled its objectives and was well received by the students.
