The IQAC organized a peer learning session on topic “Manitha Valamum Yogavum” for Faculty on 19.10.2021 at 11.00 A.m in Lab I. The Resource person was Dr.S.Chandrakala, Assistant professor, Department of Tamil, PPG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. She said about the yoga uses in our life. What are the asanas that we should do to keep our health healthy. She also said about the wheels that are in the yoga. she described about the real fact that we would get after doing yoga.
