Millets Delight Expo

The Women Empowerment Cell, PPG College of Arts and Science, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore-35, conducted the competitions entitled “Millets Delight Expo” to celebrate “International Year of Millets 2023” on 27 December 2023. The event aimed to promote awareness and appreciation for millets in the culinary world. Participating students displayed a wide range of millet based dishes, from traditional to contemporary, highlighting the versatility of millets in various cooking methods. There were 52 students participated in this expo with a variety of dishes.
