PULSE3 – LET’S RESTART A HEART

The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of PPG College of Arts & Science, in association with the First Heart Foundation Network, organized an awareness program titled “PULSE3 – LET’S RESTART A HEART” on the occasion of World Heart Day, September 29, 2025, at Coimbatore Railway Station. The program, held at 9:30 AM, focused on promoting heart health and creating awareness on the importance of CPR with the theme “DON’T JUST STAND BY… STAND UP FOR A LIFE… EVERY COMPRESSION COUNTS”. The event was convened by Dr. V. Haridas, NSS Officer, and patronized by Dr. N. Muthumani, Principal. A total of 50 students actively participated, engaging the public and spreading the message of timely intervention for saving lives during cardiac emergencies. The initiative successfully encouraged community awareness about heart health and the role of immediate action in protecting lives.
