TEACHERS AWARD FUNCTION - 2025

The PPG Group of Institutions hosted a grand ceremony to honor outstanding educators at the PPG Seminar Hall on February 2025. The event, which commenced at 11:00 a.m., was attended by esteemed guests, teachers, and dignitaries from various schools in and around Coimbatore. Dr. V. Sivakumar, Head of the Department of Commerce, skillfully hosted the event. The program began with the rendition of the Tamil Thaai Vazhthu, followed by a warm welcome address by Dr. N. Muthumani, Principal of PPG College of Arts and Science.The ceremony witnessed the honoring of several distinguished guests, including Dr. L.P. Thangavelu, Chairman of the PPG Group of Institutions, and Mr. Akshay Thangavel, Trustee of the PPG Group of Institutions.The Chief Guest, Dr. P. Kulandaivel, Former Vice Chancellor of Periyar University, Salem, delivered a heartfelt address, acknowledging the dedication and hard work of teachers in shaping the minds of future generations.The highlight of the event was the presentation of the Best Teacher Award to 142 deserving educators, recognizing their tireless efforts in uplifting students.The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, teachers, and all participants. The program ended on a patriotic note with the rendition of the National Anthem.This prestigious event serves as a testament to the PPG Group of Institutions' commitment to acknowledging and rewarding excellence in education.
