A CSR Initiative by RND Soft

The Employability Enhancing Vocational Training Program, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by RND Soft, was successfully conducted with a focus on equipping students with essential communication skills.

As part of this program, students were trained in key aspects of effective communication — including verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, professional etiquette, and presentation skills. The training aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, ultimately boosting the employability of the participants.

This initiative played a significant role in building students' confidence and preparing them for interviews, group discussions, and workplace interactions. The program was well-received and marked an important step toward empowering students with future-ready soft skills.
