Online Workshop on IBM Generative AI for Software Development

The Training and Placement Cell in association with the Department of Information Technology of PPG College of Arts and Science organized an Online Workshop on IBM Generative AI for Software Development on 25 August 2025 for final year B.Sc. IT and BCA students. The workshop was conducted in collaboration with IBM SkillsBuild and CSRBOX. The session was handled by Vinish Aaron A. S. and Kartik Hooda, who provided valuable insights into Generative AI and its applications in modern software development. Students gained knowledge about AI tools, industry trends, and career opportunities in the field of artificial intelligence. The programme was coordinated by R. Danithomas, Placement Officer, with the support of S. Dinesh Kumar, Head of the Department of IT, under the guidance of N. Muthumani, Principal.
