"Women Empowerment on Advanced IT Skills" – A CSR Initiative by Honeywell, Implemented by ICT Academy

The "Women Empowerment on Advanced IT Skills" program, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by Honeywell and implemented by ICT Academy, was successfully conducted from September 9, 2024 to September 28, 2024.

This transformative training focused on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), equipping participating students with essential knowledge and hands-on skills in automation technology. As a result of the program, many students were empowered to confidently pursue and clear the UiPath Certification, significantly enhancing their employability and career prospects in the IT industry.

This initiative is a strong step toward bridging the gender gap in technology and empowering women with future-ready skills.
